How do I know what size to order?
Go to our sizing guide this will help you to get the correct measurements for your frame or mount
What type of glazing comes with the frame?

Frames are available with 2mm glass or 1mm perspex. you can choose which you require when placing our order for each item.

Our frames arrived but the styrene appears cloudy and scratched. Why?
The styrene has a protective plastic film on both sides. This needs to be removed before use.
Can I get samples of mouldings and mount board before I order?

How accurate are your images online?
All our frames are photographed to the best of our ability to show the best representation of our items monitors, however do vary. Therefore it is impossible to give a 100% true representation
Do you supply frames to the public

No, we only supply to businesses and organisations such as schools, government departments, The emergency services, NHS etc.

Are items kept in stock?

No, all our frames and mounts are made to order.

If I re-order will the product be the same as my previous order?
Yes. However due to fluctuations in moulding manufacture and different suppliers frames may vary very slightly, mounts however are always exactly the same.
I would like mounts with my frames but the aperture I want is not listed
Please contact us only if you require a large quantity of same aperture and we will try to accommodate you. Otherwise we only supply sizes listed
There is a frame that I use but I cannot find it online, can I get it from you?
No, sorry but we only supply the items listed on our website
Can I get a cheaper price than is given online?

Discounts are based on order value and will be applied at the checkout. Orders  Over £500 –  15% Discount, Over £750 –  20% Discount, Over £1000 – 25% Discount. All our products are extremely competitively priced.

What is your returns policy?

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are expected to take 3 – 5 working days from being placed to being completed.

I have placed an order can I add or remove items after checkout?
If you email or phone us immediately with your request and your items have not been manufactured to your specifications then you can adjust your order. However if your items have been made and or sent out by our courier then I am afraid we cannot help
My order has arrived and some items are damaged, what do I do?
In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please contact us immediately via email attaching a photo of damaged items and we will replace said items as soon as possible.
I have received my order but an item or items are missing, what can I do?
Please email us if you have ordered correctly and said goods are not in your order. We will correct the error as soon as possible with our sincere apologies.
Can I open an account?
To open an account, you only need to place an order with us, you will then be able to place orders using your user name and password. Credit accounts are available for Large Businesses, Ltd Companies – Subject To Status – Education and Public sector Entities. A written purchase order is required.
We live outside the UK can we still do business?
Yes, we are more than happy to supply our friends in Europe. Shipping details will be shown before checkout.
Can I order from Northern Ireland?

All customers with orders delivered to northern Ireland are now responsible for EU tariff/customs duty and are required to be registered with the trader support service to complete the supplementary declaration on each consignment. Please supply your TSS registration number in the box provided on checkout.
